Als u deze app installeert kunt u zelf regels aanmaken die gebruikt zullen worden om te voorkomen dat bepaalde klanten of klanttypes bestellingen kunnen plaatsen of bepaalde gedeelten van uw shop kunnen bezoeken. U kunt ook klanten aan een Blacklist toevoegen om hen eenvoudig op te sporen in het bestellingenoverzicht.
Belangrijkste functionaliteiten
- Possibility of signaling/restricting problematic customers;
- Option to restrict the cash-on-delivery payment method at checkout for blacklisted clients;
- Defining of the rule for adding clients in the Blacklist based on email, phone, IP or IP country.
